RETURNS

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 calendar days from when you received the order. To process a return you must:
Send us an email to info@barbarasanta.com with the subject “RETURN”.
Indicate your order number, the products you want to return and the reason why the return is requested.
Once we receive the product and after verifying that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the payment received, deducting the shipping costs that were paid when making the purchase.
After 14 days, Santa Barbara will not accept the return of its products.


IMPORTANT:


- For hygiene reasons, exchanges or returns of earrings will not be accepted.

- The products must be sent with the original packaging in perfect conditions. If the packaging is damaged it will be deducted from the total amount of the return.
- Returns must be sent to our offices under the responsibility and costs of the buyer. The customer must ensure that the package arrives at our office without any damage or loss. Santa Barbara is not responsible for lost or lost packages during shipping.

- If the products received show signs of use, Santa Barbara will not make the return and the customer is responsible for assuming the shipping costs if they want it to be returned, otherwise Santa Barbara will not send the products.

CHANGES

 

To make a change in size, model or product you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.

Send us an email to info@barbarasanta.com with the subject “CHANGE” indicating the order number and the product for which you want to request the change.

We will contact you to process the return.

Once we receive the product and after verifying that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed to send the selected product.

- The products that are going to be replaced must be sent to our offices under the responsibility and costs of the buyer.

- The customer must ensure that the package arrives at our office without suffering any damage or loss. Santa Barbara is not responsible for lost or lost packages during shipping.

- If the products received show signs of use, Santa Barbara will not make the exchange and the customer is responsible for assuming the shipping costs if they want it to be returned, otherwise Santa Barbara will not send the used or new products.

 

WARRANTY

The Santa Barbara Guarantee covers eventual defects that may arise from manufacturing, but in no case those caused by improper use by the customer, specifically it does not cover:​

Damage due to loss or theft.

Wear caused by improper use, lack of care (chlorine, saltpeter, alcohol, perfumes) or accidents (see our guides for caring for your jewelry).

Wear or aging of the jewel

Damage caused by repair outside of Santa Barbara

Our jewelry is made according to high quality Santa Barbara standards.

The warranty for a Santa Barbara piece of jewelry is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
