SHIPPING

 

All orders are managed within 2 - 3 business days. If this is not possible, you will be notified by email and an estimated shipping date will be provided.

 

Once your order is placed and ready, you will receive an email indicating that it has been sent with a link to track it.

 

Santa Barbara ships to different countries, detailed below along with their rates and conditions.

 

The delivery address can only be modified before the package is shipped. Once sent, the change of address will have a surcharge equivalent to the cost of shipping.

 

In periods of high volume of work, Christmas, holidays and “Black Friday” there may be delays in delivery times, SANTA BARBARA is not responsible for the delay, we hope you understand. Delivery times may vary due to special dates.

 

For all shipments we work with CORREOS EXPRESS and UPS as a logistical ally.

IMPORTANT: Delivery drivers have no obligation to contact customers personally or by telephone. Two delivery attempts are made or, failing that, one and another at a new agreed upon address as long as it is in the same area. If there is no one there, the shipment will be returned to our facilities. To send it again, the customer must assume the costs of the new shipment. All deliveries are monitored, with geolocation and delivery notes with legal value.

If you have placed your order providing an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to resolve the error. Please note that once processed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
