Exchanges and Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange/return. Just follow these steps:

  1. Write to us: Send an email to info@barbarasanta.com with the subject “Exchange / Return / #ORDER”.

  2. Details: Please provide your order number, the items to be returned, and the reason.

  3. Shipping: You will need to send the products to our offices or request that we handle it for you.

Once we receive the package and verify that everything is correct, we will proceed with the exchange/refund (deducting the initial shipping costs in case of return).

Warranty

All our jewelry comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery of your order, covering any defects in materials and/or workmanship.

Under this warranty, Santa Barbara will replace* any manufacturing defects found within 1 year. Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or the loss of the jewelry or any of its parts.

This warranty applies exclusively to original products manufactured by Santa Barbara and purchased through our authorized sales channels.
