SHIPPING POLICY


During discount periods, delivery times may be delayed. If you purchased your jewelry during a promotion, our workload is always higher. SANTA BARBARA is not responsible for any delays that may arise. We appreciate your understanding.

Once your order is placed and ready, you will receive an email indicating that it has been sent with a link to track it. Check your spam folder if you cannot find this email.

Santa Barbara ships to several countries; details are provided below, along with their rates and conditions.

The delivery address can only be changed before the package is shipped. Once shipped, any address changes will incur a surcharge equivalent to the shipping cost.

For all shipments, we work with CORREOS EXPRESS and CORREOS POSTAL as our logistics partners.

If for any exceptional reason you need your order urgently, please send us an email with your order number, and if we have it, we will try to expedite it.

We appreciate you respecting our delivery times and not contacting us by email asking about shipments if they are still within the delivery deadline. This is the time we really need to prepare your shipments.

IMPORTANT: Delivery drivers are under no obligation to contact customers in person or by phone. Two delivery attempts are made, or alternatively, one and two to a new agreed-upon address, as long as it is in the same area. If no one is present, the shipment will be returned to our facilities. To send it again, the customer must assume the costs of the new shipment. All deliveries are monitored, with geolocation and legally binding delivery notes.
