How long will it take to receive my order?

Santa Barbara is committed to shipping your order within 5 to 10 business days. Our work, like our jewelry, is handcrafted and requires manual time on our part. During discount periods, delivery times may be delayed. If your jewelry was purchased during a promotional period, our workload is always higher. Santa Barbara is not responsible for any delays that may occur. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once the order has been submitted, it cannot be modified. However, if after completing the order you discover an error in the address or wish to change any of the products, please write to us immediately at info@barbarasanta.com and we will do everything possible to help you.

Do you ship worldwide?

Santa Barbara guarantees shipping to Spain, the European Union and the USA. For orders from the rest of the world, please send us an email to info@barbarasanta.com .

What do I do if my order arrives defective or in poor condition?

All of our pieces are carefully prepared in our studio. Your order must arrive in perfect condition. If not, please contact us by sending an email to info@barbarasanta.com , attaching a photo of any damage or defects, and we will assist you promptly.

How long is the warranty on my jewelry?

All your jewelry comes with a warranty. If any damage occurs, please contact us by emailing info@barbarasanta.com with your order number, and we will contact you within 24 hours.

My jewelry has lost its gold plating. What can I do?

All Santa Barbara jewelry has a protective gold plating treatment, however we strongly recommend following the care instructions for your jewelry .

What material are your jewelry made of?

All of our jewelry is made with brass and plated with 24K gold or 925 silver, free of cadmium, lead, and nickel, with a protective coating that extends the durability of the plating.

Does each piece of jewelry come with its own metal box?

No, we include a velvet pouch in which your jewelry will be shipped. If you wish, you can add our signature metal box to your cart.
