Manufacturing Warranty
All our jewelry pieces come with a one-year warranty starting from the date of delivery, covering any defects in materials and/or workmanship. Under this warranty, Santa Barbara will replace* any detected manufacturing defects. Please note that this warranty does not cover natural wear and tear, accidental damage, or the loss of the jewelry or any of its parts.

Color and Restoration Guarantee
We want your jewelry to always look as it did on day one. Therefore, we offer a complimentary plating restoration and inspection service once a year. This service is performed on specific dates when we open our workshop to receive our clients' pieces and restore them to their original splendor. Stay tuned to our communications for upcoming workshop opening dates. This guarantee is valid for 3 years.

This restoration service is free of charge during our workshop opening periods. Only the logistics costs for the collection and delivery of the piece must be covered.
