I am the creator of Santa Barbara, and I designed this piece with every detail in mind. If you have any questions about the jewelry, shipping, or warranty, please contact me directly here. My priority is that you enjoy your amulet from the very first moment.
Remember, this is a patented and unique design that I created to share with you. I hope its symbolism will always accompany you on your journey.
SYMBOLISM
Holy V: The piece of jewelry that triumphed over censorship.
After a two-year legal battle with the EU Intellectual Property Office, we secured the right that was rightfully ours: the international patent for our most iconic design.
They tried to censor us, alleging blasphemy and labeling the depiction of a vulva as offensive all while we live daily alongside imagery of war.
We invested our savings and energy into defending our design and its empowering message a message that is only offensive depending on the eye of the beholder.
Ultimately, we won. This piece is not just jewelry; it is a symbol of sovereignty over our creations. We are the first in Europe to face a patent dispute over alleged blasphemy—and win.
Why are we telling you this? Because when you buy a Holy V, you aren't just getting a piece of our jewelry. You are acquiring an original, patented piece, ethically made in Spain and born from the need to ensure we are never rendered invisible.
It is our tribute to women—to their strength, courage, and resilience. To women tired of being made invisible by society, even as they continue to shoulder its burdens.
For thousands of years, the halo has been used to exalt the subject being depicted. With this vulva-shaped necklace, we aim to assert women's rights, the power within us, and our presence and place in today's world.
We are not invisible.
